A panel discussion between law firm partners, general counsels and deputy general counsels at client institutions to highlight innovative ways in which companies and law firms can promote and hold each other accountable in the advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion at their institutions and beyond, such as through talent acquisition, mentorship programs, building diverse talent pipelines, diversity tracking, and partnering on pro-bono efforts that make a difference in the communities they serve. This program will underscore how together clients and their law firm partners can serve as the leading force in forging a more diverse and inclusive legal industry.
