John is a partner in the New York office of Allen & Overy LLP and the U.S. Head of the firm’s International Capital Markets Group. John is also a member of the firm’s global partner compensation Equity Committee, the partner chair of the firm’s Asian Affinity Network and a member of the firm’s U.S. Diversity Committee.
John’s practice focuses on securitizations and asset finance with extensive experience in SEC-registered offerings, private placements (Rule 144A, Regulation D and Section 4(a)(2))and Regulation S offerings. His work also includes advising clients in connection with asset purchases and dispositions. John has advised numerous clients on the development of innovative structures involving structured finance products.
