Senior Vice President, Jefferies’ Debt Advisory & Restructuring Group
Jingzhi (JD) Dai is a Senior Vice President in Jefferies’ Debt Advisory & Restructuring Group. Mr. Dai has over 13 years of investment banking advisory and credit workout experience. At Jefferies, he has completed over 40 transactions ranging from transaction advisory, special situation financings (private placements), special situation and distressed M&A, out-of-court recapitalizations, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy restructurings for companies, creditors, and official committees. Prior to joining Jefferies in 2010, Mr. Dai was a member of CIT Group’s Problem Loan Management Group. Mr. Dai received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
