Wendy Yu is a solo practitioner, real estate attorney with an office in Bayside, NY since 2017. Wendy represents individuals and businesses, buying or selling residential or commercial real properties in New York City, Long Island, and Westchester.
Wendy co-founded the AABANY Solo and Small Firm Committee with Pauline Yeung-Ha in 2011. She co-chaired the AABANY Real Estate Committee with Margaret T. Ling from 2011 – 2014, and 2019 to present. In addition, Wendy is a 1st Vice President of the Community Education Council for New York City School District 25.
