Grace Fu is General Counsel of KAYAK and OpenTable, where she oversees all legal and compliance matters for the companies. Prior to her current role, she was Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Revlon, General Counsel, Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Secretary at Barneys New York and Deputy General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Tiger Management. She began her career as a mergers and acquisitions attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York City.
She is currently Co-Chair of the In-House Committee of the Asian American Bar Association of New York, a role she has held since 2017. Additionally, Grace is a member of the Dean’s Alumnae Advisory Council and the Law School Alumni Council at the University of Virginia School of Law. She has served as adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law and Cardozo School of Law.
Grace is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Harvard University.
