Anthony Grossi is a partner in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of Sidley Austin, and a member of the firm’s Restructuring group. Anthony advises distressed companies in all aspects of Chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings. His experience includes top-tier large and complex Chapter 11 debtor cases for both company and creditor-side representations.
Prior to joining Sidley, Anthony served as the bankruptcy counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary. He was also a partner at another global law firm in New York and Washington, D.C.
